1. Returns and Exchanges

We have a return and exchange policy of 7 days. Returns are only accepted if the product received is faulty or not as described. To avoid complexities, we currently offer size exchanges only.

For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received.

Sale Items (If Applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded.

*Note: We do not accept refunds or exchanges for any made-to-order and customized items. 

Request Window: Please contact us at to initiate your return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the item. The goods for return or exchange must be returned new, and unused, with all the garment tags still attached, with their original packaging. 

We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange that are shipped after 7 days grace period expired or item are not in the same condition as you received them in.

Return and Exchange Process: All tags must be fully attached to return or exchange items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges on item that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way. For any exchange, once the original product is received at our office, the product will need to pass our internal QC standards, before any onward process can be initiated.

Exchange Fee: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. However, if you need help with return or exchange label, please contact us at In this case, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Anjum Khan does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event if return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.

2.1 Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at

3. Cancellations 

To help us prevent any shipping delays and minimize errors, you have 24 hours from the time of placing your order to cancel or make any changes to it. Please email us at for immediate order assistance. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or edited, If your order has been already processed, you'll be covered under our Return Policy.

Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order, but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces. In case you miss this window, you can easily make a return or exchange.
